Is Shopping Secure?
Absolutely! BananaToys.com utilizes the High-Assurance SSL Certificate allowing you the securest transactions on the web using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. At checkout, you'll notice a lock will appear on the bottom of your browser indicating the site is locked and protected. We process all credit card information through the same merchant bank that Costco uses, so if it's good enough for Costco we figured it's good enough for our customers.
Is Shopping Easy?
Yup, all you do is find the toy you want, click on the "Add to Bag button and our system magically places it into your shopping cart. You can review what you have in your cart at any time by placing your cursor over the "View Bag button.
All inventory levels are "real-time so if we show it as "In Stock that means we have plenty to ship out to you.
Cancel my Order?
So you just ordered it and now you want to cancel it? How come?
No problem, but you better hurry! We process all orders as fast as possible to ship to our customers so you'll need to tell us asap. As long as the order has not been shipped out we can sadly cancel your order.

Modify my Order?
For security purposes our BananaReps cannot modify your existing order, because that would mean we would have to view your credit card information. All you need to do is submit a new order and let us know and we can cancel the previous order.
Has my Order Shipped?
nce you receive our "WooHoo email that means your order has been processed and have left our warehouse. You should receive this shipping confirmation within 1 day, if you do not email us asap.
How do I Return my Order?
At BananaToys.com returns are easy. Just email us within 30 days from date of your order and a BananaRep will issue you a RMA # (Return Authorization Number). The purpose of this RMA# is to notify our warehouse of your incoming return package so that it does not get lost. Packages returned to our warehouse without a RMA# will NOT be accepted and returned back to shipper.
All returns must be in new, unused condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Messed up my order!
Did we mess up your order? Sorry about that, it was probably an honest mistake by our packaging department. We're only human and we're sorry.

Explain the situation and we'll send you the "right" toy ASAP and include a Return label to send back the "wrong" toy.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
We only collect 8.25% sales tax to all California delivery addresses
Pricing/Typo Errors
BananaToys.com makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information listed on our website, being human, there maybe typos or pricing errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, coupon or gift certificate errors or misuse and abuse, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under these conditions. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, prior to cancellation, we shall immediately contact you regarding the pricing difference so you may decide if you would still like to purchase the product. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
