2. Phone Number — To contact customers in regards or verification of their orders. No Telemarketing!
3. Email — Used to send Tracking # and order information. Never Ever Spam!
4. Credit Card # — After orders have been processed, credit card #'s are always deleted and never stored on our servers.

BananaToys.com will never share, loan or sell customer information to anyone!

Protecting Your Information

BananaToys.com utilizes the High-Assurance SSL Certificate allowing you the securest transactions on the web using 128-SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. At checkout, you'll notice a lock will appear on the bottom of your browser indicating the site is locked and protected. We process all credit card information through the same merchant bank that Costco uses, so if it's good enough for Costco we figured it's good enough for our customers.

Unlike many websites, we do not gather information about how visitors use our website. You can visit any of our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. You will remain completely anonymous unless you tell us who you are. We will only request information from you when you decide to place an order.

Sharing Information

We do not sell, rent or lend your information to any outside parties...period. We assure you that we take this very seriously and make it our number one priority and guarantee to our customers. On rare occasions, when credit card fraud is involved we may share information with companies assisting in the investigation. This is done for the sole purpose of protecting our rights and the security of others. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

BananaToys.com Newsletter

If you want to receive e-mail newsletters from BananaToys.com with updates on sales, promotions and new arrivals, you must subscribe. You can subscribe to the BananaToys.com newsletter using a link on home page, when you create an account, during the checkout process, when you enter a sweepstakes or from the Newsletter page in our help section. For your convenience, each newsletter prominently displays an Unsubscribe link just in case you want to unsubscribe.

Wish List

If you create a Wish List at BananaToys.com, you must first create Your Account. Wish List works like a Gift Registry. As a registered customer, you can create as many Wish Lists as you need. If you choose to share your Wish List(s) with family members or friends, the "share" feature is designed only for shopping convenience and no other purpose.

If you decide to use the "Share my Wish List" feature, we will e-mail your Wish List to the e-mail addresses you provide, along with your personal message.

By using the "Share Your Wish List" feature, you authorize BananaToys.com to share your e-mail address with your family members and friends.

We give you the opportunity to include your Wish List in our directory. That way, your family members and friends or any BananaToys.com customer can search for your list using the name associated with your Wish List. When your family members and friends decide to make a purchase, we don't show your shipping address during the checkout process.

Birthday Club

As an optional service, BananaToys.com will send you birthday reminders and special offers. Simply enter the first name, Month & Date of birth of your gift recipients if you choose to take advantage of this feature.
