All customers MUST
contact Customer Service first to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number. The purpose is to notify our
warehouse of your incoming return package and that it does not get lost.
Packages returned to our warehouses without a RMA# will NOT be accepted and
returned back to shipper.

So you just opened it and it's broken already!! What's up with that?
Well like we said we strive to sell the highest quality, but we can't
control defects, we just sell the toys we don't make them. We do appreciate
your understanding though. Just email us:

Let us know what's wrong with the toy and we'll send you a brand new
replacement. Pretty Simple!
*Note* Some manufacturers such as Tyco RC, NKOK, etc. require customers to
send defects directly back to the manufacturer for service or returns. Under
those rules, BananaToys.com cannot accept direct returns, customers will
have to contact them directly.

within 30 days we will gladly credit your credit card/PayPal account
once the package is received by our warehouse and examined by our Returns
Dept.
We cannot accept toys that are opened
and/or played with by the child.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once the product is shipped back to our tech dept, our BananaReps will
examine the returned products. Our accounting department will then credit
back the credit card/PayPal used to place the initial order.
You should see the credit on your credit card statement on the next billing
cycle, depending on your credit card company.
