At BananaToys.com the Returns process is pretty easy, just follow the simple steps below
Extended Holiday Return Policy
To help reduce the holiday stress we have extended our returns period.
Orders submitted between November 1 and December 31, 2022, may be returned until January 31, 2022 for a full refund, subject to our other returns restrictions listed below.
Return Process
- Email us within 30 days from date of your order
- BananaRep will issue you a RMA # (Return Authorization Number). The purpose of this RMA# is to notify our warehouse of your incoming return package so that it does not get lost. Packages returned to our warehouse without a RMA# will NOT be accepted and returned back to shipper.
- Print and Complete Return Merchandise Form
- Include ALL packaging included with product in the return box.
- Once the return product is received and examined by our BananaReps, our accounting department will then credit back the payment used to place the initial order.
- You should see the credit on your credit card statement on the next billing cycle, depending on your credit card company.
It's Broken?
So you just opened it and it's broken already! What's up with that? Well like we said we strive to sell the highest quality toys, but there's always that 1% we cannot control. Remember we just sell the toys we don't make them.

Let us know what's wrong with the toy and we'll send you a brand new replacement. That's it!
Exchange for another toy?
Due to our automated inventory tracking system we cannot process exchanges. Please request a refund for the toy you no longer want and then submit another order for the new toy.
Changed my mind/Purchased wrong toy
So you changed your mind and you decided you just don't want it huh?

Requirements:
- Unopened
- Original packaging
- Never played with by child/adult
We cannot accept toys that are opened and/or played with by the child.
Shipping costs are non-refundable - Restocking Fee is charged "only" when a customer changes their mind after shipment and was not shipped in error by us. Why? Since we offer $0.99 shipping, we have to recoup the "actual" shipping cost.
We messed up your order?
Did we mess up your order? Sorry about that, it was probably an honest mistake by our packaging department. We're only human and we're sorry.

Explain the situation and we'll send you the "right" toy ASAP and include a Return label to send back the "wrong" toy.
Refused / Undeliverable Shipments
If you refuse the delivery of your package from the shipping carrier, you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the package to BananaToys.com.
